Creator Lens Terms of Service

In short: Creator Lens is free to use on Amazon's pages. Pro is a subscription you can cancel any time from the extension. You're responsible for how you use your own Amazon account, and Creator Lens isn't part of Amazon.
Using Creator Lens
By installing the Creator Lens Chrome extension or subscribing to Creator Lens Pro, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. You need an Amazon Associates or Amazon Influencer account to get anything useful from it, and you must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live.
Your Amazon account
Creator Lens acts in your browser using the Amazon sign-in you already have, and only when you ask it to (or on a schedule you turned on, such as the watch list). Joining campaigns, requesting samples and messaging brands are your actions, sent from your account. You're responsible for following Amazon's Associates Program Operating Agreement, Creator Connections terms and brands' own rules. Creator Lens paces and caps its requests to Amazon, but it can't guarantee how Amazon will treat any account.
Creator Lens Pro
- Plans. Pro costs $12 per month or $99 per year (USD), plus any tax shown at checkout. Prices can change; a change applies from your next renewal, and we'll show it before then.
- Free trial. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. A card is required at checkout and is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. One trial per person.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Click the extension icon, then Manage subscription, and cancel in the Stripe billing portal. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged.
- Refunds. Payments aren't refunded for partly used periods. If you were charged by mistake, or Pro didn't work for you and you tell us within 14 days of a charge, email us and we'll refund it.
- Your license key. The key on the checkout success page restores Pro on your other computers. It's for you; don't share or resell it. Keys that are shared publicly may be revoked.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Creator Lens never sees your card number.
Acceptable use
Don't use Creator Lens to scrape Amazon at scale, get around Amazon's limits, send spam to brands, interfere with the shared campaign pool (for example by uploading false data), or reverse-engineer the Pro check to unlock it without paying. We may stop serving an install or license that does.
Data accuracy
Campaign details, sales brackets, video counts and placement come from Amazon's pages and from the shared pool, and can be out of date or wrong. Earnings figures are estimates. Check anything important on Amazon before relying on it.
No warranty
Creator Lens is provided "as is". Amazon changes its pages, and features can stop working until we update the extension. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost commissions, missed campaigns, account actions taken by Amazon, or other indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change, and a material change to billing will be shown before it affects you.
